Our company provides comprehensive traceability solutions for LPG cylinders. Our innovation consists in tracing cylinders with high frequency RFID technology.
We have recently obtained an international patent to use this high frequency technology (13.56 MHz), which enables data reading and writing in and on metal while in motion.
This newly developed solution is unique in the world and presents a greater deal of advantages in comparison with the previously used low-frequency system.
As manufacturers, we are happy to provide this system which consists of three parts.
1-TAG
The tag is an electronic chip RFID which operates at 13.56 MHz high frequency. Each tag includes a UID of 64 bits and a memory of 2 Kbits which enables reading and writing the identity of each cylinder (type, manufacturer, checking date, tare, last filling date/s, etc.)
2-RFID reader
This real time component is specially designed to function in a full-metal environment.
3-SOFTWARE
for statistical purposes.
